So i received notice of our itinerary change today. Nafplio is our new port. I had just read a recommendation to avoid the touristy areas and visit the authentic little towns instead. Perhaps this will be a great change. Does anyone know more about this port?

I recommend a small room fan. Ours ran off a USB port and it was great to keep the room a little cooler and the air circulated. Also, 2 electrical adapters. The boat takes a type different from what we already had for European hotels - so check that out too!

Terri and Shannon - 31 st anniversary cruise this July on the Baldur Grand European. We had our 10 th anniversary on a River cruise, too! We flew out 9/9 and were shocked to see the twin towers come down on 9/11 ! We only want a peaceful vacation this go-around.
