Can't wait for this cruise. We are going to go into Barcelona early and stay on in Italy. Hoping to connect with others who might be doing the same or who want to discuss excursions along the way.

Viking Neptune September 18, 2023 Mediterranean Odyssey Barcelona to Venice

We (2 couples) will be on this cruise as well. We are doing a pre and post on our own (Barcelona and Venice). Can’t wait to see what excursions will be offered. We are doing our own private tours for both Florence and Rome. We have been to those cities before but our companions have not. A private excursion allows us to see more than what is offered on Viking.
We have been on a river cruise with Viking but this will be our first Ocean cruise!

You sound very much like us! We’ve been on one Viking River Cruise but this will be our first Viking Ocean Cruise. We also have another couple going with us who have never been on Viking before.
