This will be our first Viking cruise and we are looking forward to the experience and the wonderful sights we will see. Who else is on this trip?

Hi, This is is also our first Viking trip, really looking forward to it.

Again, my first Viking cruise and going solo. I have my shore and dinner dates already confirmed; Manfredi's Sat 2/18 and Chef's Table Sun 2/19 both at 7:30. Looks like we will be at sea all day Tuesday 2/21 and that is Fat Tuesday, MARDI GRAS or CARNIVALE -
Are there any plans for shipboard activities/costumes, etc?

Hi, according to the calendar on My Viking Journey, the sea day is Saturday 21st January. We are joining the ship on Tuesday 17th January.
Not a clue about Mardis Gras or Carnivale, as this is not something that is celebrated in the UK or Europe. The carnival that I am aware of is the one in Venice, Italy in February.
